Why jurisdictional sources
Calendar practice is a matter of each church's own discipline. A jurisdiction's published material is the primary evidence for what that jurisdiction does; encyclopaedia summaries routinely flatten the old-calendar / Revised Julian / Paschalion distinction that this quest depends on.
How to use them
Check three things separately for any church: which calendar it uses for fixed feasts, how it computes Pascha, and when it adopted its present practice. Those three answers are independent, and assuming one from another is the standard mistake.
